Originally built to support equestrian events, The Bunkhouse accommodation is hired by guests attending functions and weddings at Brookleigh, and also visitors to Perth and the Swan Valley. The Swan Valley in Perth has many attractions to suit all tastes. Brookleigh is also popular with schools for school excursions with plenty of activities close by you can link to the curriculum. With 6 twin rooms and 4 family rooms, the Bunkhouse can accommodate up to 24 people.
In typical Brookleigh fashion, the Bunkhouse is extremely well maintained. Comfortable, sociable and fun accommodation, it is often used by companies and clubs for team-building functions.
Set centrally on the estate's 85 acres in a stunning location, with Stewart's Restaurant just a hop away and the attractions of the Perth Swan Valley on its' doorstep, The Bunkhouse has naturally become very popular ... especially so with its' very competitive rates.

A 10% cancellation fee may apply for any accommodation bookings. A cancellation within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% fee. A cancellation within 24 hours of the booking will incur a 100% fee.

Brookleigh is located in the beautiful Swan Valley, just 30 minutes drive from Perth City and 15 minutes from the International and Domestic Airports.
*PLEASE NOTE: When using a GPS, you must include 'Upper Swan' as the suburb, otherwise you may be directed to Bindoon which is 50 K North of Brookleigh.
We are located about 15 minutes North of Midland, on Great Northern Highway and 9 K from the Roe/Reid Highway intersection.
The entrance to Brookleigh is just 10 minutes north of Midland. On the left hand side of the Great Northern Highway.
