Bedroom two - 1 double bed
Full kitchen with fridge, microwave and full oven - all kitchenware provided
Tea & coffee, milk & sugar, salt and pepper - all cleaning products provided
Small separate dining area
Modern, spotlessly clean bathroom with separate toilet
Shampoo and conditioner, hand and bath soap
Generous supply of bath towels and bathmats, flannels and hand towels
Cosy lounge room with recliner rocker and 3 seater leather lounge. Smart TV, DVD Player and Netflix, Reverse cycle air con.
No vacating cleaning charges.
Laundry with auto washing machine, clothes dryer and external clothesline.
Cleaning products supplied.
Single, remote controlled, lock up garage with secure entry to the unit - enclosed fully fenced courtyard with gas BBQ.
Includes all linen (sheets, pillowcases, doonas, tea towels, bath towels and bath mats, flannels and hand towels, beds have mattress and pillow protectors).
Tariff is for one person - $20 per person per night for extra people. Happy to negotiate tariffs for stays of more than 4 nights.
Everything provided - just bring your clothes and tucker.
Pantry service available on request and at cost only.
Cot, lovely fresh baby linen and highchair available for one off $15 fee.
Pets by prior arrangement and with conditions.
Kindly note -
There is a flat rate fee of $10 per stay if a pet stays. Due to extra cleaning undertaken by owners after a pet stay.
Reservations made on the day of arrival will require a $200 refundable bond. Bond will be refunded to your bank account within 48 hours of departure.
Bond amounts vary from $100 to $250 for reservations.

100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Luxurious and comfortable!
Jo's place really is like stepping into someone's home. The kitchen is equipped with everything imaginable for long or short visits, including emergency medical supplies. The house is immaculately clean and very easy to keep clean. The decor is both luxurious and comfortable with lots of personal touches to make it feel homely and plenty of books and games for big and little people. There is a washing machine and clothesline and the lockup garage is huge. The house is in the perfect location for groceries, chemist, and takeaway food at La Plaza. Also within walking distance is the Big Swamp Wildlife Park and an enjoyable walk trail around the Big Swamp. Jo has provided many brochures with information about local and nearby attractions and she has extensive knowledge of the area. She is easily contactable and more than happy to assist with queries. A highly recommended place to stay, thanks Jo.Definitely recommend
Joanne’s place was great. Had everything we needed and was very accommodating to our family. It was close to the downtown and beach. Very clean and would definitely recommend staying here ☺️Great little spot
