BEDROOMS
The home is designed to comfortably host up to 8 guests, with two master bedrooms upstairs, each with queen beds and a shared bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms—one with three single beds and the other with a bunk bed and a single. This level also includes a second lounge, bathroom, and a laundry room with a toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with fans, heaters, and extra blankets for your comfort.
LIVING AREA
The main living area upstairs is a bright, open space with wooden floors and plenty of natural light streaming through large windows and sliding doors. Relax on the comfortable lounge, enjoy a flat-screen TV or music system, and soak in the fresh air on the spacious balcony. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, coffee machine, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. After a day of adventure, unwind at Breakaway, where you'll find a billiard table, ping pong, and a variety of board games to keep everyone entertained.
LOCATION
With the stunning surf breaks of South Point, Huzza's, and North Point practically on your doorstep, you'll be tempted to grab your board and hit the waves every day. The nearby boat ramp, swimming beaches, and local shop add to the convenience, ensuring you have everything you need close by.

- This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
