BOTH HOUSES If you need to book for up to 20 guests, Bonnie & Piper is the ideal place. Bonnie & Piper are 2 separate houses that sleep 10 people each (please note the bunk beds have a weight limit and are designed for children only. These 2 houses combined can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults and 8 children). They are situated only 100m away from each other on opposite sides of the beautiful freshwater lake. Set in a small private community, Bonnie & Piper have been built to exacting standards. Wilyabrup Vineyard Estate offers you the opportunity to visit an array of wineries and breweries that are all within a stone's throw of your front door. There is also easy driving access to a range of different beaches for surfing, fishing, or just enjoying nature with the family. Both houses are identical mirror images of each other, with each house featuring 4 large bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuites. There is a third bathroom servicing the other two bedrooms which contain a queen bed and 2 sets of bunks respectively (please note the bunk beds have a weight limit and are designed for children only) The large main living area features a slow combustion fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen with a large 900mm oven for cooking for all the guests, gas hotplates and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also easy driving access to a range of different beaches for surfing, fishing, or just enjoying nature with the family. The house features 4 large bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuites. There is a third bathroom servicing the other two bedrooms which contain a queen bed and 2 sets of bunks respectively (please note the bunk beds have a weight limit and are only designed for children. This house can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children). The large main living area features a slow combustion fireplace, well-appointed kitchen with a large 900mm oven for cooking for all the guests, gas hotplates and Nespresso coffee machine. Everything has been thought of in this home; you can relax outside on the deck overlooking the lake, have a sunset BBQ or even enjoy a hot outdoor shower when you return from the beach. WiFi is included, as well as air conditioning to every room. If you are hoping to accommodate larger groups, we also have TO NOTE All located within walking distance to a number of venues (Black Brewing (650m), Cherubino (1.2 km), Frui Momento (900m), storm flower (1.1 km) and for the more adventurous Domain Naturalise (3km), Carpe Diem (3.3km) and Bootleg Brewery (5km). Please note that this property has unfenced access to deep water. A small starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require more firewood during your stay, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. If you are hoping to accommodate larger groups, we also have on offer two additional homes, Charlie Bravo and Lang Chalet, which share the same close-knit estate.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Wonderful Hidden Gem of Caves Road
Fantastic house in a great location on Caves Road, Wilyabrup - right next door to Black Brewing Co. huge house and plenty of space for a few couples or families with kids. Can’t recommend this places any higher.

A lovely house overlooking the lake makes this stay a peaceful one. We have everything we need to make ourselves comfortable and with enough beds for 2 or 3 families it’s a great option. Defiantly coming again for a 3rd year.
