Description
This expansive beach house, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 lounge areas, can comfortably accommodate 2 large families.
BEDROOMS
- The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in robe, and adjoining infant's room/study.
- On the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, a room with 2 bunk beds, and another with 2 singles that can be zipped together to form a queen-size bed. There are 2 shared bathrooms on this level.
- All bedrooms and the TV/activity room have reverse cycle air-conditioning to ensure comfort year-round.
UPSTAIRS
The main upper level features an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer and a large pantry/storeroom that can easily cater to large groups. The kitchen and dining area are complemented by vaulted ceilings and light timber features throughout.
The main living area, with couches and a flat-screen TV complete with DVD and Netflix, offers a breathtaking seascape across the Margaret River surf beaches. The west-facing balcony is the main outdoor area, providing stunning views over the Indian Ocean and is also equipped with a BBQ, outdoor dining, and comfortable outdoor furnishings.
The home also includes free wifi and table tennis.
DOWNSTAIRS
The main lounge is located downstairs with a wood fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during the colder season. The TV/activity room, perfect for entertaining children, is also located downstairs along with a large laundry complete with a washing machine and clothes dryer. A small starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you need more firewood during your stay, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
LOCATION
Located within walking distance to Surfers Point and the mouth of the Margaret River, this home is ideal for avid beachgoers and those who enjoy ocean views, and is conveniently close to amenities like the Prevelly general store, The Sea Garden Café, White Elephant Beach Café, and The Common bar and bistro.
The area is very child-friendly with a park, including a children's playground, and beaches less than 500m away. The iconic Margaret River township is a short 10-minute drive inland.

- 10pm noise curfew must be adhered to.
- All linen and towels provided.
- Property is self-catering; however, a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge, and bin bags is provided.

This large beach house, comprising 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 lounge areas, can comfortably sleep 2 large families. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in robe and adjoining infant's room/study with a cot and desk. (The bath in the ensuite is not an operational spa bath). On the bottom floor there are 4 bedrooms: - One with a king size bed - One with a queen size bed - A room with 2 sets of bunk bed - A room with two singles which can zip to form a queen size bed. There are 2 shared bathrooms on this level. All bedrooms, and the TV/activity room, have reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
