The living area has an abundance of natural light allowed in by the many large windows for you to enjoy the view, and is furnished modern furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and is appointed with Gas cooktop and Electric oven, with plenty of space to cook up a storm. The dining area is also spacious with large table and seating for ten. Sliding doors lead you out to the decked alfresco area, complete with large outdoor table and chairs, sun lounges, barbeque and wood fired pizza oven. This area overlooks the fully fenced pool below ground pool; this home is the perfect place for families to enjoy their holidays.

A large screen television is also located in the main family room. Also a separate theatre room and air-conditioned comfort throughout enhances the appeal of this stunning holiday home. A dart board and table tennis table can be found in the garage.

Perfect for couples or families, Blue Wren is also eminently suitable for corporate weekends, providing an ideal retreat in the heart of the Margaret River region

The master bedroom with king size bed, complete with large en-suite, features a large picture window has beautiful vistas. The home can sleep up to 10 people with 2 single beds and a trundle in bedrooms two and three, and a King bed with ensuite in the final bedroom. All bedrooms are large and spacious.

- This property includes all linen and towels.
- This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
- School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
- Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
- Please note that due to fire restrictions, the use of the pizza oven can only be used during the winter months from 15th May 15th October. Firewood can be bought from the local service station.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
