Description
Downstairs the villas include a modern kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances, coffee machine for pods, Main bedroom, laundry with washing machine and a separate toilet. The open plan lounge and dining area has a TV, Blue Ray Blu-ray player and Bluetooth stereo.
Upstairs is the second bedroom with 2 single beds a small bathroom & toilet. There is also an open sitting room with an additional lounge, television and Blu-ray player.
Our Kalbarri accommodation also offers you air conditioning in both of the bedrooms and living area, a patio with outdoor setting, Small back courtyard with clothes line and your own undercover parking bay.
Kalbarri Blue Ocean Villas is ideally situated in a complex of 7 villas, with a beautiful shared pool, positioned just a stone's throw from IGA, the beach and only a short walk to town centre, cafes, shops and restaurants. WIFI and Foxtel are also available. BBQ.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee.
FEE 2 - The Booking Fee
FEE 3 - All credit card charges are non refundable.
FEE 4 - Any third party fees. Eg Stayz/Homeaway/Booking.com
Should a Guest cancel his or her reservation in writing, the following will occur:
1. Zero to Thirty-one (0 to 31) days prior to the Check-in Date, zero percent (0%)
Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
2. Thirty-one to sixty (31 to 60) days prior to the Check-in Date, twenty five percent (25%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
3. Sixty-one to ninety (61 to 90) days prior to the Check-in Date, seventy five percent (75%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
4. Ninety-one to 275 (91 to 275) days prior to the Check-in Date, one hundred percent (100%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees).

The perfect holiday home away from home
Blue Ocean Villa 2 is in the perfect location. Across the road from IGA if you can be bothered cooking or a 5 min walk to restaurants & shops. The villa has all the amenities that you need inc reverse cycle air con in living & both bedrooms & a good size bbq with table & chairs out the back & also at the front of the villa. If you put the chairs on the front lawn you can see the river mouth & ocean, just beautiful. The upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds but can be pushed together to make a king size bed. Just remember you will need to bring your own king size sheets for upstairs. The villas all share a nice pool but as it was quiet I was the only 1 there. If you prefer the beach it's a 2 min walk across the road. You will also see some amazing sunsets. There's plenty of sightseeing to be had & is a very relaxing place. The staff are very efficient & friendly & nothing is a bother. I will definitely stay there again.Yeah man spot on!
