Overview
One of the main drawcards at this house is its fantastic alfresco area. The beautiful sheltered deck and BBQ area overlook a pretty garden, manicured lawns and a winter fire pit.
Quindalup's white sandy beach is less than a 5-minute walk away meaning it's super convenient to go fishing, paddling, swimming and boating. Quindalup Boat Ramp is less than 500m away and the Dunsborough Bay Yacht Club is also just up the road.

The fire pit can only be used during winter months and seasonal fire bans apply.
A handy outdoor shower is great for after the beach.
Guest wi-fi is for standard use eg. internet browsing, emailing and streaming movies from one device at a time.
Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $124 applies to each booking. There is also a $800 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.

Excess rubbish removal fee: $66
