Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Travel Insurance
We strongly advise travel insurance for all your holiday bookings to meet your personal requirements in respect to personal injury, illness, employment changes or weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes to reservations or cancellations may incur an administration fee of $25.00.
Standard
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, will receive a full refund of monies paid minus any booking or administration fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days from the reservation surrender the deposit. Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, surrender all monies paid.
School Holidays*, Long Weekends*, Special Events*
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival from the reservation surrender the deposit. Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account.
Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival.
