Experience the comfort and style of our gold medal winning designer chalets. Just 6 kilometres outside the township of Pemberton and with views over the magnificent Karri trees of Big Brook State Forest, the chalets offer an idyllic setting.

It’s the perfect place to explore Western Australia’s gorgeous forest wilderness and because it has four distinct seasons, there is always something new and interesting to see and explore on each visit throughout the year.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & conditions if your plans change

A cancellation fee applies to all bookings:
•More than 30 days prior to arrival date – full refund less $40 admin fee.
•14 to 30 days prior to the arrival date – full refund less 30% of total tariff unless a replacement booking is received, then a $40 admin fee will apply.
•Less than 14 days prior to arrival date – total tariff payable, no refund unless a replacement booking is received, then a $40 admin fee will apply.
•In the case of a no show – total tariff payable - no refund applicable.
•Travel restrictions due to COVID – If travel restrictions are imposed as part of Government Policy, we are happy for you to postpone your booking or offer a full refund.
•No refunds are given for early departure and all cancellations must be in writing.

From Pemberton at the new Sports Club, turn into Club Rd, then left into Pump Hill Rd. Follow this road for 6 km and we are on the left. (Pump Hill Rd becomes Stirling Rd)
