INTERIOR
The spacious family room on the ground floor features a large, wall-mounted TV, making it an ideal spot for family movie nights or quiet evenings together. A cozy double-sided log fireplace warms two lounge areas, perfect for chilly nights where you can relax with a good book or enjoy family conversations.
Bickley’s Place features a fully equipped kitchen designed for family cooking and entertaining, with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy quality dining at home. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly into the comfortable dining area, where you can gather for shared meals or plan your next day’s adventure.

For kids or those seeking a private escape, a separate upstairs retreat awaits. This dedicated children’s hangout area is equipped with a TV, games, and comfy bean bags, giving young ones their own space while parents relax downstairs.

Nestled on the front 9 of a scenic golf course and with the clubhouse just steps from the front door, Bickley’s Place is an ideal retreat for those who love golfing, relaxation, and quality time with family or friends. Imagine finishing a round of golf, then strolling just 70 meters across the parking lot to unwind with a drink at the clubhouse, mingling with the friendly locals.

- This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

The airbnb was very well furnished and it was perfect for our family vacation. The exclusive escapes team also helped us to arrange for baby cots and high chairs when we requested and was very prompt in answering our queries especially throughout the stay. My family enjoyed our stay tremendously and the location was perfect, near dining areas and near supermarkets. We will definitely come back again!
