This quiet cul-de-sac location is perfect for your holiday destination, with Rotary Park Nature and Wildlife Reserve as your neighbour. View the visiting wildlife to this lovely lake from the viewing platform walkway, and the beach is just a stroll across the road. Restaurants, cafe strip, yacht club and Dolphin Tours are nearby, as is Point Peron, Garden Island, Shoalwater Marine Park and Penguin Island Tours. Bella Retreat is in a very small complex of only four free-standing townhouses, with direct drive-in easy parking to a double remote garage, and is fully self-contained with all linen supplied. The townhouse has reverse cycle air conditioning, phone, TV's, C.D., D.V.D. and video. D.V.D's and videos are supplied for your entertainment.
