Three spacious houses to choose from, 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 persons and fully self-contained. Privately surrounded by lawns and gardens, with outdoor table setting and gas BBQ. The house has safe undercover parking at the front door. Within minutes’ drive are world class wineries and fine dining, artisan galleries, forests walks, underground caves, and so much more. You need a few days!
Moderate prices offering very good value.
Guests with dogs are asked to use the house vacuum before they leaf the accommodation. Dogs strictly prohibited in bedrooms on the carpet or beds.

A very popular modern house on the beachfront road-behind the sand dunes-and a quick walk over to the swimming/dog beaches at Prevelly.The main bedroom has a king bed, with ensuite bathroom and TV. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each, plus separate bathroom and toilet. . There is a fully equipped kitchen for guests to prepare their own meals, plus a full laundry. Children under three years will be included in the tariff for the house.Cot and high chair free of charge . Pets are welcome,-no extra fees-as this house has a wall completely enclosing it and large grassed yard.

Cancellation of any booking is requested 3 weeks prior to arrival.At peak times(school and public holidays event weekends)a full month is required for cancellations.All bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Directions
At the top of the main street of Margaret River (Bussell Highway) turn right into Wallcliffe Road. This will take you directly west to Prevelly Park.
You will reach Caves Road after five kilometres, but just cross over into Wallcliffe Road again.
After approx 5 km you will take the first turn on the right down onto the coast-Surfers Point Road.
Then turn left into Mitchell Drive halfway down the hill.
You will pass a greek church on your left .
Again on your left you will see the Sea Gardens Cafe, Prevelly shop/liquor store. Prevelly Villas - Location 1, is on your right hand side, opposite the shop.
House no 1 and 2 are the double level houses behind the sign.
House no 3 and 4 are the single level houses below the two double level houses.
For Location 2 - Beachside House, continue past the shop along Mitchell Drive. Drive through 2 roundabouts. Beachside House is located on the next corner on the left, Georgette Way.
There is a cream wall around the house and a clear sign on the wall " Beachside Prevelly Villas".
You are welcome to enter the front gate from Mitchell Dv. Map available on Villas own website.

Great stay - great location
Very close to the Surfers Point, the perfect place to watch the sunset or for morning walks.I love the fireplace and how warm the flat gets - we had chilli evenings and 2 gorgeous sunny days.
Beds are really comfy, even though there is only one double bed, and 2 rooms with twin beds - they are pretty good beds.

Loved our stay at Prevelley Villas. A large sized villa with everything you need. Just wish we had stayed a week later when we could have used the beautiful fireplace (fire bans). Lovely location and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed.Dog-friendly although we didn't take our dog with us. Everything needed for your 4 legged friends was there.
