Inside Beach Haven, you’ll find a comfortable living and dining area, complete with a gas fireplace that provides warmth and charm for cozy winter evenings. The property also includes a second TV room, ideal for families or groups looking for additional entertainment space, and air conditioning throughout to keep you comfortable all year.
The kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. A small kitchenette is also available downstairs, providing additional convenience for larger groups.
EXTERIOR
The outdoor spaces are perfect for gathering and relaxing. You can enjoy the covered balcony, equipped with a BBQ and dining area, unwind in the garden around the fire pit, or challenge the family to a game of basketball. After a day at the beach, take advantage of the outdoor shower for a convenient rinse before heading inside.
On-site parking is free and available, ensuring easy access throughout your stay.
BEDROOMS
Beach Haven features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms to accommodate a variety of guests. The master bedroom, located upstairs, boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. Also upstairs, the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. On the lower level, the third bedroom provides another queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is set up with two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Each bedroom is equipped with fresh linens, extra pillows, and cozy blankets for added comfort.
BATHROOMS
The property includes three well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring ample space and convenience for all guests. Towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Beach Haven is located in the peaceful coastal suburb of Broadwater. It is a 10-minute drive from Busselton town center and about 220 km from Perth, making it easily accessible for a weekend getaway or extended stay. The scenic drive from Perth takes approximately 2.5 hours, and once you arrive, you’re just steps away from the beach.
