We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellation Policy
48 hrs notice otherwise 2 nights accommodation charged. Minimum 3 night booking on Public holiday weekends, Easter and Xmas - 48hrs notice otherwise full stay charged.
House is 3 Night minimum at all times.
Apartments are 2 night minimum at all times.

Directions

From South Coast Highway, turn right at the T junction, second left (approx 2 Km) at Brazier Street and travel until you reach the dual carriageway, which is Dempster Street, turn right onto the dual carriageway and you will find us on your right hand side.
From Kalgoorlie, continue through the big roundabout and stay on the dual carriageway until you find us on your right hand side.

Pleased with our stay!

room clean and tidy despite on main road quite quiet very little road noise friendly staff answered questions about area and attractions pleased with our stay

Comfortable and clean

Quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. No restaurant but plenty of options nearby. Our room was fairly large, the bed very comfortable and the shower fantastic. we would be happy to say here again.

Everything we needed and a bit more

We were greeted by Jeanette who is a mine of information about Esperance, complete with maps, restaurant lists etc. The room was older style but large and very comfortable and fully equipped. Excellent wifi too and a good guest laundry.

Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the information centre.

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Esperance.
