Overview
The house is incredibly spacious, boasting 2 kitchen and dining zones (upstairs and down) so that families and groups of friends can enjoy separate living areas if needed.
The layout of the two-storey property is perfect for entertaining. Upstairs, the main open-plan living and dining rooms are positioned to face the ocean and also soak up the ambience of adjoining native bushland and tall trees. Open the big glass doors to step out onto the entertaining deck where you can welcome the sounds of the sea inside. Or cosy up indoors to watch the winter storms rolling in. This is a home to be enjoyed across all seasons.

Two fully equipped kitchens. Both have fridges, dishwashers and microwave ovens.

Nespresso pod coffee machine (BYO pods). Note that the larger old coffee machine in the upstairs kitchen photo is not available. The Nespresso pod coffee machine is the only coffee machine.

Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $159 applies to each booking. There is also a $500 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
Postage for lost property fee: $25
BBq left dirty fee: $66
Excess rubbish removal fee: $66
