Description
Special attention has been paid to sunlight and cross-ventilation to achieve comfort without the use of harsh mechanical implements. Water is collected from rainfall and heated by sun energy solar panels making it self-sustainable. With a pallet fire heater during the chilly winter days and fans for summer. A/C is available where an instant cool down is required.
Drinking water has been captured by your individual pod when it rains. This water makes it’s way through gravity and is supplied for you to enjoy.
Cottages made of natural materials, steel, wood, glass. Built by our local craftsmen.
The sunset skies that will leave you speechless with its ever changing canvas. The birds chirping away, singing their song. The colours and contours that will make you see this place in a different light, quite literarily, every minute of every day. It because of this we have no TV set up in our Barn Hives

Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to the most spectacular views.
On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days and the bathroom/toilet facilities, outdoor sun deck with a bbq.

Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Master Suite – Top Floor Decked out with all the essentials needed, you will find that its minimal imprint will leave you speechless. No over-fully furnished rooms, but clean, crisp and spacious comfort. You will find: · A large queen-size bed · Hanging facilities for your garments · Seats to relax in · Large window seal set up with cushions to stretch your legs and take in the expansive view. · Large ceiling fan or your choice air conditioning system. Living Space – Ground Level Equipped with all the necessities, you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our kitchen is fully set up with the main cooking and dining supplies. And complimentary toiletries and back up essentials are provided for you as well. · Fully decked kitchen, Coffee Machine Nescafe Gusto, dining table and chairs, Lounge, wi-fi, I-pad & speaker · Bathroom with shower and toilet · Solar Deck with BBQ · Pallet Fire heater for winter · Space under the stairs to set up your luggage with remaining items · Large ceiling fan, full height mirror, Iron, Hair dryer
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Management advises that the property is unsuitable for babies and children.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 7 days: Full refund if your reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Less than 7 days up to 48 hours: Cancellations or changes to bookings made less than 7 days prior to the check in date and time will be charged for the first changed or cancelled night.
Less than 48 hours: No Refunds are available for cancellations changes or no show up to bookings made less than 48 hours prior to the check in date and time. Payment for the full amount of stay will be charged. Should you terminate your stay after arrival then payment for the full period of your stay is requested.
Festive Season minimum 30 days’ notice: A no refund policy and full amount of stay is applicable if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days for long Weekends Christmas New Year Easter and Public School holidays.*
*Christmas Festive season 23-28 December; New Year Festive season 28 December-10 January; Easter Festive season Thursday-Tuesday over Easter weekend.
We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case of overbooking for any reason beyond our control.

These hives are seriously amazing. Having driven past many times we thought it time to sleep in one. We just spent a fabulous 3 nights in Hive 1 and can't recommend it enough.A perfect place to come back and relax in after a busy day amongst the vines.

Exceptional
Our breaths were taken away by the immaculate design and cleanliness of the steel kitchen. It made us want to kick our shoes off and whip up a dish immediately! We also enjoyed the therapeutic swaying of the majestic trees right from the comfort of our bed. The place was spick and span and we loved the idea of having a real fireplace where we could adjust the temperature and timer, had fun topping up the pellets, something we'd never get a chance to do in Singapore!Best accommodation ever
This is the most stylish, well-equipped and relaxing accommodation out of all the places I’ve stayed in during my travels, and I promise that this is not an exaggeration. My “hive” faced a plot of trees and it was lovely to wake up to this view. We stayed during winter and was deeply appreciative of the provision of a “fireplace ” and a bbq. The bedroom and the kitchen has also given us several ideas for our upcoming renovation. My husband and I also enjoyed befriending the ladies of the vineyard - the ducks and chickens… animals in a place is a further reinforcement that this place is lively and safe.
