16 Guest rooms, accommodating up to 32 people in freshly refurbished rooms. SPECIALIZING IN FULLY CATERED GROUP BOOKINGS including CRAFT RETREATS, MEDITATION/YOGA RETREATS and RESIDENTIAL CONFERENCES.
THE GUEST ROOMS are all provided with private ensuite, all new luxury linen, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, DVD player, iron/ironing boards, hairdryer, extra blankets, extra pillows, and lovely new beds. Each room has individual access to the verandahs, gardens, meditation areas, labyrinths, rotundas, and BBQ area.
THE COMMUNAL LOUNGE/DINING has a wonderful view over the Avon Valley and provided in this area includes: complimentary 24 hour tea/coffee facilities. Optional use of the espresso coffee machine. Very comfortable lounge areas with an open fire. Seating for meals in the dining area or alfresco areas.
All of the above areas are located under the main roof, for your convenience and weather conditions. Also on level ground suitable for the elderly or disabled.
OUTDOORS Ample off street Parking for cars and buses. Verandahs all around the homestead, Landscaped gardens including:
Labyrinth, Rotunda's, Private sitting areas throughout the gardens, BBQ area.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellation must be made at least six (6) months prior to occupancy date for a full refund.
Cancellation must be made at least three (3) calendar months prior to occupancy date for a refund less 50% administration fee.
Non-refundable if cancellation is received less than three (3) calender months prior to occupancy date.
All cancellations must be in writing.
The proprietors reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions at their discretion.

From Midland, follow Toodyay Road which becomes Stiriling Terrace (Toodyay's main street) turn left at the Ampol Service Station into Harper Road, at the T junction turn right into Harper/ Julimar Road. Avalon Homestead is on the left 4kms from Toodyay.
