Currently comfortable but will be redecorated over the coming months. * Great location for an apartment, opposite the Fremantle Arts centre with its great cafe and events. Adjacent to Fremantle Park with tennis courts, bowling greens, the Fremantle Leisure centre and free, jump-on, jump-off, CAT bus (Central Area Transit). * Full security to all windows and doors to the entry. The rear door has a deadlock. * Good size apartment with one Queen bedroom, separate bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower. * Enter to the living area which is planned to have a single sofa with a pullout extra bed to make two single beds. Currently has a comfortable 2 seater sofa and 4 chairs. * Kitchen appliances are located along the back wall and comprise a 4 plate electric cooktop and microwave oven set beneath. Family size refigerator, laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are located through the door at the rear of the apartment. * Airconditioner in both the living area and the bedroom. * Free generous WIFI and phone (local calls only) * Off-street parking for one small/medium car on the right of the building

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Minimum Stay 2 nights. Maximum number of adults (over 18 years) per accommodation 6. Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Bookings:
*Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours * If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.

Directions

Located right opposite the pedestrian entry to the Fremantle Arts Centre which is at the corner of James and Finnerty streets. This apartment door is accessed from Finnerty Street. Go through green metal gates to the front door and use the code given to open.
500 m from Fremantle centre. Walk across Fremantle Park or take the CAT (Central Area Transit - free jump on jump off bus) to the shops and railway station.
