LAYOUT
At the centre of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room which offers endless views to the ocean, pool and gardens, as well as direct access out onto a large, covered entertaining deck with BBQ.

KITCHEN
Full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Delonghi pod coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, bread, pancake and omelette makers, teapot, slow cooker, sandwich press.

LIVING/DINING ROOMS
A multitude of board games and cards, ample lounge seating and a 75" Samsung TV ready to watch any choice of movie awaits you. Numerous TV streaming options are provided, including Netflix, Disney and Prime and, of course, there's wifi. There's also an extensive library to choose a good book from and find your bliss in one of the hammocks on the property.

Also includes a wood fire, reverse-cycle air-conditioner, TV, guest wi-fi, books, portable Bose speaker, 8-seater dining table, comfortable lounges and ceiling fans.

4 BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, ceiling fan, electric blanket, private courtyard, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, electric blanket, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom with bath.

Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, studio room with private deck, TV and fully equipped kitchenette, electric blanket, view of ocean, garden and pool, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and access to shared bathroom.

Bedroom 4 includes 2 bunks, air-conditioning, bean bags and lounge, TV with Disney channel, nintendo switch, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and access to shared bathroom.

LAUNDRY
Washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Drying rack. Outdoor clothesline.

FAMILY AMENITIES
Portacot and high chair (BYO cot linen, mattress protector and baby blankets). Children's toys, games and Nintendo switch in bunk room.

OUTDOOR
Plunge pool with pool towels supplied, multiple seating areas (gazebo, verandah, fire pit, chiminea, decks and courtyards), BBQ, kids obstacle course, trampoline, basketball court, multiple outdoor games (T-ball, cricket, croquet, skittles, badminton and totem tennis), fully-fenced backyard.

This accommodation allows for a maximum of 2 dogs. They must not be allowed indoors and there is a refundable bond of $500 per dog.

Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $460 and linen pack of $443 applies to each booking. There is also a $1000 refundable bond (an extra $1000 per dog) and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).
