PERFECT FOR A RELAXING GETAWAY this 3 bedroom (sleeps 5) two storey Townhouse, right in town, walking distance to shops, cafes and Bramley forest, is fully self-contained with quality furnishings. Private landscaped courtyard at front of apartment (great for wedding photos) plus undercover courtyard to the side. The outdoor entertainment area is finished with Barbecue Oven on mains gas, outside table & chairs, wall bench top, garden lighting and most importantly direct entry to inside Dining area and Kitchen through glass sliding doors.
SECURITY UNDERCOVER PARKING is available at rear of apartment.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellation Fee of $30 if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival. Less than 14 days notice min 2 nights tarriff charged min 3 nights long weekends 3 nights xmas & New year at managers discretion unless rebooked then full refund.
No shows no refund. Cut short minimum 2 nights tarriff charged 3 nights long weekends xmas & New Year.

Extra cleaning charges will be imposed if property left damaged in any way. If booking is for two people only this must be adhered to otherwise extra person charges will be enforced.

When entering Margaret River Town from Perth turn right into Tunbridge street from Bussell Highway (Visitor Centre on corner) and drive PAST main entrance in to Margarets In Town Apartments and it is the last apartment in row of Townhouses facing Tunbridge Street. Number 46/6 is in gold lettering on the gate, directly opposite the District Club.
