Roomy holiday units at Middleton Beach with all linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, and cookware provided. Crisp white linen, fluffy white towels, bathmats, face-washer and hand-towels are provided for your stay. Fabulous location, great prices. As well as FREE WIFI for all guests.
Our Art Deco 2 bedroom units contain a separate lounge room, separate kitchen, 2 bed rooms, separate toilet and bathroom and even a store room for outdoor gear!
One Art Deco Unit contains a Queen and single bed in 2 bedrooms, with a single bed in a small third bedroom ,
All Art Deco Units have a fully equipped kitchen with full size stove (with oven) , full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and pots and pans.
Studio units are perfect for a couple and have room for an extra bed if required. These units have a kitchenette which includes a hotplate (no oven), microwave & fridge, dining table and chairs. Baby cots, highchairs and nursery linen are available free of charge on request
Our large 2 bedroom units are spacious and well equipped and contain an open plan lounge room, fully equipped kitchen, the toilet and bathroom are wheelchair friendly and each has their own undercover carport!

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Policy
One months notice is required for cancellation of bookings during school holidays and long weekends. 14 days notice is required for cancellation of bookings outside of peak times. In the event of a no show 100% of the booking price will be charged. Once checked in no refunds if you amend or shorten the length of your stay.
Full cost of stay will apply if cancellation is less than the required times as noted above. In addition there will be a $65 Albany visitors Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Directions
Follow Albany Highway through two roundabouts, to the center of town. Once you arrive at the third roundabout take the second exit onto St Emilie Way. You will arrive at another roundabout, turn left onto Middleton Road. Keep following Middleton Road till you arrive at the third roundabout, turn right. Albany Holiday Units will be on the right hand side.

Exceptional
The location is great, near the beach and I enjoyed the way to the Middleton beach and Ellen Cove Boardwalk Trail. The suit is clean and cozy，well equipped. The staff is nice and helpful. They provide a baby cot and a highchair for my 2-year-old child. There is a heater in the single room, perfect for me to warm up myself in the early spring of Australia. The WIFI is good in Western Australia. We enjoy staying here.Fabulous
