Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition In addition there will be a $65 Albany visitors Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Exceptional

Fabulous room. Great location & walking distance to town. Will definitely be our go to next time in Albany. Restaurant is lovely. Breakfast which was more than adequate was included in tariff. Free newspapers.

We will definitely be back for a repeat visit, well worth another stay.

Everything was great, we had breakfast daily and dined twice in the evening. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, reception staff were very good and the cleaning staff were very efficient.
