There is a choice of luxury central apartments, self-contained townhouses, cottages and apartments all located either near central Fremantle or at nearby South Beach.

All facilities are well-presented and maintained, with every convenience for travellers, business people and families.
You can choose a studio style apartment suited to every budget or a luxury, central apartment in the West End. Our range includes free-standing houses of up to 4 bedrooms - to suit one or two families or groups of friends. Pets will be considered in the locations with a garden or courtyard area. We supply all linen and towels and local phone calls are included in the charge. One child under 4 is free and cots are supplied free of charge.

Funky, modern home in historic shell

. James House is situated just opposite the beautiful old Fremantle Arts centre within an easy walk of the Fremantle city centre. Opposite the Fremantle Leisure Centre, gym and park and close to the port area, this upmarket modern house is a hidden surprise as it is within the walls of an old corner shop built in the late 19th century. Now a two bedroom, two bathroom home available for short or medium stay - complete with stainless steel fittings and benchtops, commercial size oven and a home theatre area as well as all linen and towels. Although it is built onto the street it is highly secure and very quiet - you see out - the passersby cant see in. Two bedrooms - There is a King bed in the main bedroom, a Double bed in the second bedroom and a Single bed in living room (or this can be moved to the second bedroom). There are Two bathrooms: 2 showers and 2 toilets

The property has a full kitchen with dishwasher, Laundry with a washer and a dryer, TV and DVD and Foxtel - Flatscreen in the lounge room. There are no stairs in the property and entry is via garage which makes it an ideal location for any person with walking difficulties. Pets are considered.

Two sections of bifold doors open to a substantial outdoor deck area with large outdoor setting and pretty garden nook. The original front door is now closed and access is from a gate next to the roller door to the parking area within the walls of James. There is secure parking for two cars parked behind one another behind the roller door and high walls.

The house has ducted reverse cycle (heating and cooling) system throughout the house with the second bedroom having its own reverse cycle aircon. Therefore the second bedroom occupant has complete control over their comfort. There is also a twin system that allows fresh air to be pumped into the house if it is cooler outside and this provides good movement of air. There is a fan over the master bed.

Enter from a small outside garden space with table and chairs, via glass sliding doors into a sitting room with settee, aircon and TV. At the back of this area is a full kitchen will table for meals. To the right is a bedroom with Queen size bed and a separate bathroom (shower, handbasin, laundry equipment and separate toilet). Parking is available in the driveway off road. Great location at the end of South Terrace with easy access to the cafes and restaurants of South Fremantle Village as well as central Fremantle via the CAT bus - South Beach Cottage right opposite South Beach is available for serviced short-stay accommodation.This cottage has been beautifully renovated from a workers cottage to lovely modern comfort - in a superb location opposite a park and South Beach. A wireless network gives access to the internet. Views from the ground floor queen bedroom take in the park, trees and sea beyond. In the loft bedroom there are two single beds, also with sea glimpses - an extra mattress can be used there. The rear of the cottage is a family sitting room and kitchen with the latest in modern appliances including a dishwasher. There is a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a laundry area with washing machine. The double doors at the rear open into a lovely courtyard with small garden and bbq area and a side gate gives direct access to the path to the beach. Great location at the end of South Terrace with easy access to the cafes and restaurants of South Fremantle Village as well as central Fremantle via the CAT bus - South Beach Studio, right opposite South Beach is available for serviced short-stay accommodation. It comprises a large room on the first floor over the garage with queen bed and 1 double converta-sofa bed. It has a table and 4 chairs and balcony. Simple cooking facilities - microwave, fry pan and single hot-plate together with a medum size fridge mean it is quite possible to enjoy cooking some tasy meals. Built at the back of the South Beach cottage the entry is off Hickory Street through a side door or garage door. There is free wireless access to the internet with a wireless network. From the East French doors open onto the juliet style balcony with pleasant views over trees and residential homes. The bathroom is downstairs with shower over long bath and washing maching and dryer. There is also a small back courtyard with BBQ .Self-catering only. Cots are supplied free. There is a shared land line phone with the cottage at the front. Local calls are free.

A lovely light balcony (facing north on the first floor) which opens off the bedroom and sitting area. In a quiet, leafy location with few neighbours and about 10 stairs to the front door and no passing traffic - this is just the place for a holiday or corporate stay. In the complex is a good sized well-kept swimming pool and leisure area - Fremantle central is just 15 minutes walk away, with restaurants and pubs as close as several hundred metres. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Bookings:
*Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours * If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
