Overview
COTTAGE
This fully self-contained historic cottage built in 1907 offers complete privacy in a secret pocket of the Swan Valley surrounded by vineyard, and has been completely refurbished to include everything you need when staying in this home away from home.
With 2 large bedrooms each with queen beds, it's perfect for 2 couples or a family with children. A trundle bed can be available if requested.
The living room has 2 comfortable leather sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and a bluetooth speaker as well as a log fire. This room leads into the kitchen/dining area, with an antique dining table and fully equipped kitchen, including oven, gas stove top, full-size fridge and microwave. There is aircon in the main bedroom & living area. These cool and warm the entire cottage.
WINERY
Book yourself a personal tour of Upper Reach's vineyard & winery with a wine appreciation and private tasting. Within a few minutes drive of the cottage lie numerous valley attractions including breweries, restaurants and artisan producers of chocolate and cheese. Cook your own meals or enjoy lunch at the Upper Reach Restaurant. There is just one Upper Reach Cottage, so you'll be the only guests on your very own 20 acre vineyard.
RESTAURANT
A two minute stroll through the vineyard brings you to the acclaimed Upper Reach Cellar Door and Restaurant.
With small tasting plates or la carte options the restaurant offers sensational food using locally-sourced ingredients in a relaxed setting, taking in the sweeping views overlooking the vines.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
If you cancel your booking within 21 days of the first night the full tariff is not refundable & any balance will be charged. Cancellations made prior to 21 days of the first night incur a $100 administration fee. Please note the cottage has been booked for a specific number of guests it has not been booked for a party or gathering and these are not permitted on the premises. Excessive dirt mess and any damages will incur an extra cleaning or replacement charge which will be debited from your credit card. Rates are for two guests. For more than two a surcharge of $30 p/p will apply.
