A Bush Utopia offers you a perfect getaway – a large modern house with plenty of space and the opportunity to get together with friends/family or find some personal space. It is close to Meelup and Dunsborough beaches and a few minutes drive to town for shops, cafes and restaurants. Close by are fine art galleries, wineries, boutique breweries and wonderful nature walks.

Minimum stay requirements are as follows:

Christmas/New Year- 7 nights.

Easter long weekend- 4 nights.

Long weekends- 3 nights.

Midweek and weekends- 2 nights.

Other costs are as follows:

Cleaning surcharge of $260.00 applies to all bookings.

Non refundable booking fee of $66.00.

Refundable bond $1000.00.

House Rules:

Please note that this is a residential area and excessive noise will result in a loss of bond and you being asked to vacate immediately. Noise past 10.00pm outside is not allowed.

Instructions to pet owners:

Please respect the owners have allowed pets on the property and be a responsible pet owner.

Pets are not to be left unattended in the house. They must be supervised at all times.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
The property is NOT fenced, please do not allow your pets to roam onto other properties.

Please check all areas such as lawns, gardens and volleyball court for excrement and dispose in rubbish bin
