Outside: Property is fully fenced; take a stroll down the stairs to a private jetty which has space for a 9m boat (no water or power available at jetty). Splash about in your own private pool overlooking the canals. Parking available for three cars and two boats / trailers with a separate freezer in the garage. Guest's have access to the garage. This fully air-conditioned house is a perfect venue for your next family or group holiday in Exmouth, come and enjoy the local attractions in pure indulgent luxury. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Great location & set up

House was well located for walking to the marina, manta rays and whalers and only a short distance to town. House is on the right side to make the most of the sun and minimal wind!
