Downstairs: Delightful living area with a comfortable lounge, beautiful canal views and a flat-screen TV. Theatre room with cosy recliners for the movie lovers. It is easy-breezy to entertain, prepare the meals and dine in the well-equipped open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and the adjoining dining area. Kitchen is decked out in stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a large French door fridge. Bedroom2 with Queen size and TV Bedroom 3 with King singles and TV Bedroom 4 with King singles and TV 2 family bathrooms Upstairs: Master retreat with a King bed, bar fridge, TV, balcony and wonderful canal views. Large ensuite Bedroom 5 - a cosy children's room converted from a walk-in-robe, complete with a bar fridge and a TV. Outside: Alfresco area has a handy outdoor kitchen, a mighty big barbeque and a dining suite overlooking your private pool area with a gazebo and the canal waters. Enjoy the delightful Exmouth weather by the pool which has a lounge pool. Please note that this does not have spa jets. Private jetty with space to moor a 12m boat. The outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the sand from the day on the beach. Parking available for three cars and two boats / trailers with no height restrictions. Please note there is no guest access to the garage Pet Friendly - The yard is secure, please carefully review our Pet Friendly terms and conditions, pets are not permitted inside the property and are not to be left unattended at any time. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

We've just enjoyed a week at 34 Madaffari and within 24 hours of arriving I booked again for the following year. This would be one of the best places we've stayed (and being pet friendly makes it even better). I've already passed the details on to friends who are planning trips to Exmouth. This property is a real credit to the owners. The property is one of the best weve stayed in at Exmouth and comes highly recommended. Well appointed and great location.
