Bedroom 4 has two King Singles, Large Family Bathroom, Large laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. Master Retreat with King size bed and Ensuite Outside: Alfresco are has a large built in barbeque and an outdoor kitchen Splash about in your own private pool overlooking the canals. Jetty suitable for an 8m boat with power and water available. Canal views. Property is fully fenced. Parking available for three cars and two boats / trailers. Please note there is no guest access to the garage. This fully air-conditioned house is a perfect venue for your next family or group holiday in Exmouth, come and enjoy the local attractions in pure indulgent luxury. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Great place

Awesome Holiday House for 2 families. We loved the space, the layout, the pool and the deck over looking the canals. It was awesome! The coffee machine was a hit in the mornings and the BBQ with beer fridge a huge hit in the evenings! Win Win for all! Amazing service and communications from Exmouth Holidays. We will be back. Home away from home

This house was iust amazing. We really enjoyed our time here. The view and house design immediately makes you feel relaxed and at peace. The home is modern and fresh, spacious and has been perfectly thought out. We loved the view from the balcony and having our own jetty to fish off. We could relax feeling like we were in a resort or go and do the tourist attractions knowing we had luxury to come back to!
