Outside: Large landscaped back yard with undercover entertaining area, large pagoda with spacious day beds, barbeque and pizza oven. Parking available for multiple boats and cars at front of house. Fully secured back and front yard for pets. Parking available for 2 cars and 2 boat / trailer. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. This property is entirely off grid with a battery system, please note that you will not be able to run the air conditioning all night as this will flatten the batteries, if this is to occur power will only be restored in the morning when the system will come back online with the sun. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.
