NEW Large Screen Smart TV, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and stove top in kitchen. Ensuite to main bedroom upstairs, second bathroom with bath and extra toilet downstairs. Washing machine.
Shared pool with 3 other units and BBQ. Fantastic Views from top storey and balcony. Located in the centre of town, walking distance to everything and just a walk across the road to the Murchison River.

Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Please note that if your stay overlaps the school holiday period the total rate may be higher than what is indicated.
Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee.
FEE 2 - The Booking Fee
FEE 3 - All credit card charges are non refundable.
FEE 4 - Any third party fees. Eg Stayz/Homeaway/Booking.com
Should a Guest cancel his or her reservation in writing, the following will occur:
1. Zero to Thirty-one (0 to 31) days prior to the Check-in Date, zero percent (0%)

2. Thirty-one to sixty (31 to 60) days prior to the Check-in Date, twenty five percent (25%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
3. Sixty-one to ninety (61 to 90) days prior to the Check-in Date, seventy five percent (75%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)

Brilliant location
Brilliant location and close to everything. Good value for money. The swimming pool and barbecue were handy.A sharp knife would be appreciated.
Views to die for!
The unit is very large, so everyone had space when needed. The problem was that we were there in 45/46 degree heat and the downstairs area isn't Air conditioned which was a real shame, even Air Con upstairs battled in that heat. Pedestal fans didn't cut it as they were all on short leads so really unable to put where they needed to be to have the most benefit. Thank goodness we had the Pool. The unit is well equipped for a thoroughly enjoyable stay we just won't go back this time of year again.Great accommodation
