A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of check in time or the full amount of the first night will be forfeited.
No Show policy ... Guest who DO NOT show will be charged in full with NO refund available.

Directions

Two hours south of Perth by car. Travel south out of Perth on the Kwinana Freeway , continue on Forrest Highway to Bunbury. On reaching Ellap roundabout take the second exit to the right, and continue along Koombana Drive past Dolphin Discovery Centre, which becomes Clifton Street. We are the magnificent two storey heritage building on the corner of Clifton & Molloy Streets.

Nice hotel close to beach & town centre

Very comfortable & well located. Less than 10 min wal to BREC & the beach. Really good value for money. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location & value

Nice clean hotel in a great location..... just a short stroll to Main Street restaurants, cafes & pubs. We stayed in a basic upstairs room & it was great. Good value for money. Friendly reception staff.
