3 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick apartment, 1 Queen bed in main room, 2 Single beds each in the other bedrooms. Ducted/evaporative air con cool only to every room and ceiling fans in living/dining room and all bedrooms. TV and DVD player in lounge room. Bath and separate shower in bathroom (semi-ensuite to main bedroom). Washing machine in laundry with a separate toilet. Microwave, fridge/freezer and stove/oven in well stocked kitchen with a small breakfast table. Larger table in dining area and lounges for relaxing in.
BBQ and furniture on back outdoor area, 2 driveways one with single carport, other driveway with gate access to lawn backyard (good for boats and Dogs.) Fully enclosed backyard. Centrally located close to beach and town.
(There is a pet gate to put across the laundry door so Pets are welcome to sleep inside if the need be due to weather, BYO DOG BED, however in the laundry only.)

Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee.
FEE 2 - The Booking Fee
FEE 3 - All credit card charges are non refundable.
FEE 4 - Any third party fees. Eg Stayz/Homeaway/Booking.com
Should a Guest cancel his or her reservation in writing, the following will occur:
1. Zero to Thirty-one (0 to 31) days prior to the Check-in Date, zero percent (0%)

2. Thirty-one to sixty (31 to 60) days prior to the Check-in Date, twenty five percent (25%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
3. Sixty-one to ninety (61 to 90) days prior to the Check-in Date, seventy five percent (75%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
4. Ninety-one to 275 (91 to 275) days prior to the Check-in Date, one hundred percent (100%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees).

Our group would stay here again
Convenient and quiet location, close to the river and conveniences. Excellent presentation throughout.A much bigger fridge and freezer would have been preferred as would lighting over the BBQ or relocation of the BBQ to a lit part of the property.
Awesome holiday stay in Kalbarri
Was clean tidy very nice staycomfortable and convenient
We came for a a fishing trip and brought our wives so needed something to suit both parts of the plan. This property is comfortable and suitable to park our large boat. A few maintenance items could be sorted, but other than that, comfortable property with good fit out in a brilliant location i.e easy walk to town, short drive to gorges and of course not far from the boat ramp.
