Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
As we are holding your reservation in good faith there is a 14 day cancellation policy. Your card would be charged with the full amount of your stay should you cancel or change your reservation within 14 days of arrival. If the Studio is re-booked within the 14 day period a full refund will be made less a $50 booking fee. Upon quoting credit card details you are verbally agreeing to our booking conditions.

Excellent Hilltop Accommodation
My husband and I stayed at HILLTOP STUDIOS (on Carters Road Margaret River) for 3 days and we absolutely loved it! We were given Apartment No. 1 which is very convenient as it is located just up the driveway. They have 4 similar apartments, each with their own covered garage, which makes it very convenient when unloading baggage from the car - and you do not get wet when it rains! The studio apartments were spacious, the layout well thought out, very clean and with complete amenities - a nice kitchenette with complete cooking utensils and tableware. The view was also fantastic and it was so wonderful to wake up every morning to the beautiful scenery of rolling hills outside as the Apartment has full height windows all round - which are fitted with blinds that you can bring down for privacy at night. Also a beautiful patio outside if you wish to have breakfast outdoors! The location was also very convenient, just 10 mins drive to town and very near all the wineries on the must-visit lisBlissful retreat
Had a wonderful weekend at Hilltop Studios for the second time. The view is spectacular, all you can hear are birds singing and wind blowing. The studio itself (number 2) is gorgeous, simple yet modern and beautifully designed, also very well equipped with everything you need and more. So comfortable! Just watching the landscape from the bed is a delight! Claudia was very welcoming and came down to say hello and bring some nice welcome treats! Also plenty of films to choose from. The best accommodation in Margaret River for me (and I've tried many). Will definitely be back.Stunning, Beautiful, Tranquil
We are a family of three. We love this estate! The studios are built within the farm by the Lane family. You can hike within the farm if you wish.Efficient layout of the studio with a sufficient kitchen, with a bbq grill in the deck to use.
Amazing view, with binoculars for you to spot wild kangaroos. We are lucky to spot a family hopping across the fields in the evening.
Quiet and tucked away, just the kind of holiday we wish for. It is very close to Cave Road which gives us access to many vineyards, caves and animal farm.
We love everything in this studio, and for sure we will be back for more.
