Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation & Minimum Stay Policy - Cancellations made less than 24hrs before check-in time will be charged one nights accommodation of the original booking. Early departures, whilst in-house, are non-refundable and we recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation fees incurred. Please ensure you ask for a confirmation letter when making a booking. Minimum Stay (Events): bookings during the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights of the Kimberley Moon Experience require a booking minimum of three (3) consecutive nights. Cancellations made within 48hrs of 2pm Friday afternoon are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 3-7 days of 2pm Friday afternoon incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 8-21 days of 2pm Friday afternoon incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Great apartments with all I need for long work trips. Quiet location with some great nearby restaurants.Beautiful accomodation
Beautiful accommodation. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment, well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Lovely grounds and landscaping with pool and barbecue area. Cannot recommend highly enough. Close enough to town without being right in the middle. Friendly and helpful staff.Best pool in Kununurra
Love this place so much!! Gorgeous pool area with BBQs, spacious rooms with full kitchen facilities, across the road from the lake and celebrity tree park, restaurant and bar next door.. what more could you ask for. Will definitely be back.
