Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Your Own Tour reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour for any unforeseen circumstances, bad weather or safety issues.
If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason and give 72 or more hours notice prior to the tour departure date we will refund your payment in full.
If you give us less than 72 hours' notice but at least 24 hours' notice prior to the tour departure date we will refund your payment less a 50% cancellation charge.
There are NO refunds for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure date or tours purchased but not utilised.
If you need to cancel due to government enforced Covid-19 travel restrictions a full refund will be offered or the opportunity to rebook your experience for another date in the future.
If you are entitled to a refund, it will be paid in the same manner through which we received the original booking payment.
Please note that Kooljaman Resort, Cape Leveque, is closed to the public. That means there is no access to beaches at Cape Leveque.
