Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over event periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Years Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel within any of the no cancellation periods you are required to pay 2 nights of your stay as a penalty.
No Show Policy
In case of no show, no refund will be issued.

Wonderful cottage
Wonderful historic cottage with everything you can need for a relaxing stay in Albany. We appreciated the hot shower, fluffy towels, comfortable beds, and especially the gas heater for those chilly evenings. The kitchen was also well equipped. Highly recommend this place to stay while in Albany - it is centrally located to great restaurants and shopping, and only a 4-minute drive from the National Anzac Centre. We especially loved sitting out on the front verandah and taking in the views across Princess Royal Harbour. Also, the WiFi was very fast - an added bonus :) Can't wait to return soon.Lovely Home
Lovely home for 1 night and just what my family required. Had my parents over from Scotland and this was one extra night in Albany. We all really enjoyed the house and would recommend. Within walking of center.Recommended Stay
I highly recommend staying at this cute and historic cottage in Albany. The place was clean, tidy and cosy. The house provided a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, it was conveniently located close to the main hub, making it a perfect choice for convenience and enjoyment.
