We spent a bit of time in the visitor centre. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. A very nice feel :)Excellent
The Ningaloo Visitor Centre staff are excellent and they are a wealth of information. The staff are very friendly and answer all questions. They carry all kinds of brochures about the area and they also provide unbiased information about the area from tours, food, shopping, etc., which is very much appreciated. They assist to provide bookings for the tours offered by the local community. There are gift ideas made by Australians, souvenirs for purchase, and it is, in my opinion, a traveller’s first must stop. We have gone to Exmouth twice now and each time, we make a point of stopping to check things out. This year I stopped in there at least three different times for information and a little additional shopping. This building houses a number of excellent information opportunities.Visit here first!
There's loads of info and friendly efficient staff. Its gets VERY busy and you may have to queue to get served. You can hire snorkeling gear and they have a comprehensive list of what the various tour operators provide.
