When it’s time to unwind, the primary bedroom is your private sanctuary, complete with a queen bed, stunning ocean views, a private balcony, and a spa-like ensuite with a raised bath. Two additional queen bedrooms with built-in wardrobes offer cosy retreats. In contrast, the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and outdoor access. They share a stylish central bathroom with dual sinks, a deep bath, and a separate toilet.

This home is perfect for remote work and features a dedicated office and WiFi.  Stay comfortable with air conditioning in the living area, and enjoy the convenience of full laundry facilities and ample parking.

Other things to note

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation, but we also ask you to show consideration to the neighbours concerning noise, especially after 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day. Loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated in neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue, e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints breach our terms and conditions and may result in forfeiting your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.

- The upstairs area is private, but open-plan (no separating door)
- This is a self-catering property; however, a starter pack of essential supplies is provided
- Strictly no school leavers bookings
- Exclusive Escapes requests considerate noise levels, especially after 10 pm, to respect our neighbors
