TOUR OF DENHAM (Shark Bays only town). See its history and its pearling past, dating back to the 1800s. Visit the old church made from shell block taken from Hamelin Pool Shell Block Quarry.

EAGLE BLUFF. It is here you will see a panoramic view of the Western Gulf and the rugged coastline. In the distance, mounds of the salt mines at Useless Loop and the graceful movements of sharks and rays in the water below.

SHELL BLOCK QUARRY. See the shellblock in its natural state and where it was cut from the ground for some of the buildings unique to Shark Bay..the Anglican Church and Old Pearler Restaurant..

See miles of this beautiful world famous beach that is made up of millions of tiny pure white shells, which have been depositing here for over 4000years.

STROMATOLITES. Its like stepping back in time stretched out in front of you, where the waves break on the shore, are the stromatolites. They are the oldest form of life known and are claimed to be responsible for 20% oxygen.

HAMELIN POOL TELEGRAPH STATION. Walk back in time to the history of communication in Outback Australia. Bring your own, or purchase your lunch at the tea room, where you may sit in the air-conditioned dining room, or under the shaded lawn area.

OCEAN PARK. Experience a shark feeding exhibition, watch the antics of the Kingfish, Cod, Mackerel and Sharks in their ponds, as well as the aquarium containing many local fish, sea snake and stonefish.
