Executive Head Chef Melissa Palinkas works closely with Head Brewer Dan Turley to create a menu that marries the food with our handcrafted beers. In fact our beer can be found in several of our handcrafted dishes on the menu.

Mash Brasserie serves only the freshest Australian as well as local produce where possible, from the land and sea. Free range poultry & meats, seasonal vegetables, fish from local waters and specialty produce arrives on a daily basis to deliver to customers the finest quality.
