Situated on Hampton Street between the Freemason Hotel and the Commonwealth Bank. The shop caters for people that want to eat and live as naturally as possible.

We have organic grains, flours, beans, cereals, nuts and dried fruit, tofu, soya milk and minichol cheese. We also have fresh certified organic seasonal fruit and veggies. The Orgran & Basco gluten free range.

A range of Wupper bread and other Bodhis breads are available fresh fortnightly, including gluten free and spelt bread. (Frozen stock also available)

Other products include; Martin & Pleasants,Brauer and Owen Homeopathics Ranges, Tissue salts, Australian Bushflower and Bach Flower Essences as well as Sunspirit Aromatherapy Oils.
