I've travelled to nearly 60 countries and Covermore is my insurer of choice. I've only ever made one claim when my daughter caught chicken pox in Borneo and we couldn't go to the next stop which was very remote and potentially dangerous for her health. They were excellent in not only paying afterwards (which is what you want) but they kept in contact with us during the remainder of our time away to make sure my daughter's health was improving and if they could offer any more help.Fortunately, apart from that one claim, I haven't had to make any more which is what you want to happen.

Very happy with CoverMore
You MUST read the PDS and try to understand it. It is difficult to imagine every scenario but the two times over past years that I've had to make a claim I've been very happy with the outcome. I had no issue regarding reimbursement after lodging the claims - both were for medical issues - nothing pre-existing. I was a bit anxious at times when having to deal with different CoverMore staff to bring them up to speed during discussions while I was overseas, but I think half of this was because of different time zones and different staff rostered on. I will continue to use them for further overseas trips.
