Battered Barramundi with chips

Bought barramundi with chips extra fish. Really disappointed as the batter of the fish is undercooked and falling off the fish. Called them when I got home (5mins drive) and told them what happened. They told me that they know the batter is falling off the fish and still served it to me. Offered a refund but I declined as I just want them to make it right next time. Really dissatisfied.
