Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
48 hours cancellation policy applies. Charged for the equivalent of one nights accommodation if cancellation is less than 48 hours.
No Show Policy... Guest will be charged for the first night and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled.
Check-In Time - Important Information
Early 2PM - Please inform us by email at least 3 days prior to your arrival and we will organise an early check-in for you.
4PM to 9PM - Reception will be open in the beginning to check you in. Later in the shift the Reception will close and the Night Manager will check you in. If the office is closed please follow the simple directions at Reception to locate the Night Manager.
9PM to 10PM - Please inform us by email at least 3 days prior to your arrival and we will organise a late check-in for you. We are unable to accommodate any check-ins after 10PM.
You may contact us within 3 days of arrival and request an early or late check-in but this will be subject to availability.

Great location
Absolutely an amazing place to go with family or how I did, with friends. Friendly backpackers and campers all around, cooking g stations, 4 or so fridges, pool table, basketball court and a walkable distance to the beach. Another 3 minute walk gets you to the many local cafes and restaurants that are all local business and also a small shopping centre nearby.Staff very helpful and lovely
Fantastic place to stay! The staff are incredibly lovely and really willing to help out with any problems that you have. Even though I showed up late, Ian was lovely and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the area.
