Price: Includes meals ccommodation/camping National Park fees and activities as stated in itinerary.

Fuel Levy: Fuel levey may be applied.
Payment: 20% deposit required on booking. Balance due 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure to be paid in full.

Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee.
50% cancellation fee of total tour cost will apply to any tour cancelled within 8-14 days of tour departure.
100% cancellation fee of total tour cost will apply to any tour cancelled within 7 days of departure.
No refund will be given in the event you fail to join the tour or leave it early. Whilst all care is taken Australian Adventure Travel do not accept liability for loss or damage to baggage Sickness or injury or additional expenses caused by factors beyond the control of the company.

Itineraries:Are subject to alterations without notice and intended as a guide only. Alterations may come due to road conditions flooding mechanical defect
or other reasons. Any additional expenses incurred by passengers are not the companies’ responsibility. Australian Adventure Travel and/or its agents and employees are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times the company will not be liable for failure to make connections with any other service. In the event of breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances the operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure operation of the tour. In these circumstances tours may run inconjuction with another tour operator.

Minimum no’s: It is unlikely that a tour would be cancelled however we reserve the right to cancel tours with less than 5 passengers if deemed necessary.

Concessions: Discount prices are for YHA VIP Nomads students (cards to be shown on booking).

Insurance:Highly Recommended
