Accommodation consists of a queen bedroom downstairs, separate queen bedroom in the upstairs loft and 2 single beds in another bedroom. The bathroom and laundry are located downstairs. The accommodation has 2 toilets. This home is beautifully presented and will please the fussiest of guests.
The home sits on 5 acres of natural bush in a quiet location. The surrounds can be enjoyed from the large wide veranda or by a stroll around the property ??? either way you will find yourself relaxed and enjoying the tranquillity and wildlife. Sighting a kangaroo or two is a definite possibility.
The home is a few minutes drive to William Bay National Park, Greens Pool, Elephant Rocks (sunsets are spectacular), Madfish Bay and the renowned Bibbulmun Track. The location is ideal for the avid adventurer or those seeking a serene glimpse of nature. Children friendly beaches are located within the National Park.
Tea/coffee/milk/sugar are supplied for arrival.
Cosy warm fire with wood supplied and chopped for those winter months.
Denmark town is only 10 minutes away and there are many tourist attractions on the way including the Alpaca Farm, Cheese Factory, Toffee Factory, Bartholomews Meadery, Rickety Gate Winery and many more???.

A 1 Night Surcharge of $65 is applicable to all 1 Night Bookings. This surcharge will be added after initial booking confirmation.

MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Full refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
NOTE: A Bond of $250 is payable on check-in. A 1 Night Surcharge is applicable to all 1 Night bookings and will be added to the tariff after acceptance of initial booking request. Extra bedding used will include additional cleaning costs. Extra bedrooms can be blocked off depending on amount of guests staying. 5 night min is required over Easter and new year.

Peace and tranquility
The property is absolutely brilliant and welcoming and had everything we needed, including a visit in the front yard from a kangaroo and her joey :) Would definitely stay here again.Great stay in Denmark
Lovely house. The wood features are outstanding, the vista from the wrap around decking is also tranquil and delightful. it was a pity that William Bay park and access to Greens Pool was closed.Perfect property and location
