Positioned just an hour south of Coral Bay and conveniently located 23 kilometres from the highway, our diverse range of accommodations caters to all tastes. From the Oceanfront Villa to the cozy Cottages and refurbished Stockman’s rooms, there's an option for every traveller.

For those seeking a more rugged adventure, our campground, nestled 1500 meters from the beach, provides spacious unpowered sites complete with fire pits and convenient facilities for pets. While accessible by 2WD, the pristine beachfront awaits the intrepid traveller with a 4WD vehicle, serving as the gateway to the renowned NINGALOO MARINE PARK. Here, explore 50 kilometres of untouched coastline, indulging in recreational fishing, snorkelling, surfing, whale watching, nd invigorating self-guided walks.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Terms and Conditions - Accommodation Agreement:

A. CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

• Standard check-in is 2 pm for accommodation and campsites bookings and standard checkout is 10 am.

• Warroora Stations OFFICE HOURS ARE FROM 8 am TO 5 pm, LATEST CHECK-IN is 5:00 pm.

B. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through Warroora Station. Placing a booking with us constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with regulations.

2. You agree to ensure that all occupants treat the Property and all fittings with reasonable care, and you agree to pay for any damage caused by misuse, neglect or abuse during your occupancy.

3. Guests are to stay within the maximum number booked. If guests breach the maximum number of guests allowed at the property, they will be directed to leave the property, and they will be no refund for any unused portion of the booking.

4. All chalets and rooms are strictly NO SMOKING. Cleaning fees may apply if you are found to have smoked inside your accommodation.

STANDARD MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION FEE

1. Cancellation of your booking 21 days or more before your arrival will incur a NON-REFUNDABLE 20% CANCELLATION FEE. If you choose to rebook for a date in the future, the Booking Deposit fee will be waived.

2. Cancellation of your booking less than 21 days before your arrival date will forfeit 50% of your payment.

3. No-shows and cancellations made 7 days before check-in will be subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee.

4. No refund - we are not held responsible for external environmental conditions outside our control, such as bad weather such as wind, rain, road closure, cyclone, etc.

5. Cancellation outside the control of the guest will be considered by Warroora on a case-by-case basis, considering potential loss to the owner. Guests are strongly advised to take out comp

Directions

Warroora is halfway between Carnarvon (190km) and Exmouth (190km)
Just south of Coral Bay (60km), and is only 23km from the bitumen highway.

Travellers from the north take the Warroora Northern access 15 km south of the Coral Bay turnoff. If you're coming from Carnarvon, turn left at the Lyndon Crossing Rest Area and it's only 23 kms to the Homestead complex. Warroora has two airstrips, one to service the Royal Flying Doctor Service, 8kms from the Homestead (cross strip) and the other at the Homestead. Each strip is 1,000m and marked with windsocks.
