Family owned and operated, The Oasis Resort offers a total of 36 very comfortable beds in a variety of clean, modern rooms, suites and larger apartments located in its two-storey lodge. The Lodge is a standalone building next to the historic Henley Park Housekeeper’s Residence, which is home to the resort’s reception area. Some rooms have small balconies with garden or golf course views. A gym, sauna room and pool is also provided for guests. Relax in the lovely grounds and enjoy friendly, courteous hospitality and quality dining at the fully licensed Oasis Restaurant, which is licensed to serve alcohol without a meal and features a floating gazebo. Ample free parking and unlimited free guest WiFi are also provided. On-site attractions include Supagolf, Lasercorps, Mash Brewing and the Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery. All rooms are non-smoking but there are outdoor lounge areas where guests can smoke.

The lodge Spa Rooms sleep two people in a king bed with an ensuite containing a corner spa bath. A rollaway bed to sleep one extra person can be provided for $75 for the first night ($25 linen charge + $50 for the extra bed) then thereafter $25 per night. Cot hire is also available for $15. The room includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery, along with tea/coffee making provisions. All rooms have an iron and ironing board, TV, bar fridge with minibar and hairdryer. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Breakfast is not included in the tariff, but is served seven days a week in the Oasis Restaurant, ranging in price from $13.50 to $19.50. Kids� options are also available.

This beautiful self contained apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, one with a king bed, a walk through robe and ensuite with spa bath for two, washing machine and dryer. It also has sliding doors leading to a balcony which overlooks the golf course. A second bedroom/studio lounge has a king bed which can be converted to two single beds. A $50 additional linen charge applies if the bed is converted to two singles. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge, and overlooks the pool. The dining room and lounge also lead out onto the balcony. This apartment is available either for overnight stays or long term at special rates.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If accommodation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date full payment will be refunded. Cancellation from 6days to24hours prior to arrival date will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If cancelling less than 24 hours prior to booking full room rate will be charged.

Directions
From Perth city travel along Great Eastern Highway past the Domestic Airport turn off until you reach Guildford. Cross over the railway line into Meadow Street which becomes West Swan Road when you cross over the Swan River. Then travel approx. 10 kms where the resort is situated on the right hand side of the road between Henley and Park Streets.

Comfortable
Needed an overnight stay, and the Oasis was handy. Room was clean, wth large king size bed, and ground floor location, which suited us, due too an early morning departure. Shower was a little difficult if you are an older person, becuase it is in the spar. Unable to try the restaurant, but would consider staying their againHad a great 2 night stay. Excellent Swan Valley location. Lots to see near by.
Room was clean and tidy. Gardens were beautiful and well maintained. The pool area was small but quiet. Great location. Very central in the Swan Valley. We plan to stay there again mainly because of the location
