We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
An administration fee of $30.00 will be charged for all cancellations. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival a full refund minus $30 admin fee will be given. If less than 30 days notice is given the total booking amount minus $30 admin fee shall only be refunded if the room/site is able to be resold.

A very late but greatly deserved review
So, we stayed a few years ago over the Christmas break and I really should have written this review back then!!!Honestly, since staying there a few things have happened, 1. I dream about it all the time 2. we recommend Seaspray ALL THE TIME and 3. my hubby and I talk about when we are going to get there next at least a few times a month!!
WE loved everything about it, even the 3pm on the button breeze!!!!!!!
Can't wait to see you all again soon!!

Stayed at this Caravan park for 3 nights , we all had a great stay at this property , the managers do a great job here ,close to beach ,close to town and a short drive to Port Denison and marina .Great touch with en-suites to sites
Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here .. Management very friendly and welcoming Highly recommend
Great location.. Well managed Clean and well kept grounds .. We occupied the Lge Budget Cabin .. Very good value and all you need for a comfortable stay .. We'll go back soon
